How is this different from a regular audiobook?＋
Every story uses your child’s name, interests, and the lesson you pick — it feels like it was written for your family, not mass-produced.
Is the Islamic content accurate?＋
Stories use gentle, age-appropriate themes (gratitude, kindness, patience). Nothing is a fatwa — just warm lessons you’d want at bedtime. Each order is reviewed before delivery.
Who narrates?＋
A calm AI voice through ElevenLabs (clearly disclosed). If you prefer no AI audio, this product isn’t the right fit.
How long until I receive it?＋
Usually about a minute after payment. You stay on the site — the page shows a progress screen and opens the bedtime player as soon as the story is ready.
How do I find the story later?＋
Create a free account with the same email you used at checkout and every past story is saved to your personal library. You can replay any of them, any night.
Do I need an account?＋
Not to order a one-off story — but we strongly recommend one so your stories don't disappear when you close the tab. Sign up in seconds with email + password.
Can I subscribe instead of buying one at a time?＋
Yes — Bedtime ($15/mo, 5 stories) and Family ($29/mo, 15 stories) plans are right on the landing page under Simple Pricing. Cancel anytime.
What’s your refund policy?＋
Moonlight is still in development — we aren’t processing refunds automatically right now. In shaa Allah we’ll introduce a clear refund policy when we officially launch. Thank you for bearing with us and supporting the project.
Can I request changes to my story?＋
Not yet while we’re in active development — we aren’t offering revisions or edits at this stage. In shaa Allah we’ll build a simple way to request tweaks when we’re ready. Thank you for helping us ship something solid for Muslim families.
